マレーシア直前情報など

午後6時頃からA1オーストラリア戦をオンデマンド再生でストリーミング録画中。
明日からマレーシア戦が始まるというのに…。(汗)

ちなみに、今回のマレーシア戦は簿記検定の時間とほぼ重なっているので、見れません。
今回みたいにオンデマンドのストリーミング録画になりそう。
根気出しても1時間ほど(試験時間は2時間)で試験解けないので無理です。

上記のオンデマンド再生でもう1回見直しました。
ストリーミング録画で使用している機械は、約4時間のものを2時間10分ほどで録画を終えてしまった。
は、早い!!(驚)

んで、見直し終わったのが9時半前です。
再生し続け3時間。
再生が始まって1時間後にスプリントレースがあり、その1時間後にフィーチャーレースが始まり、1時間後に終了。4時間もあったので、更に1時間続いたであろう…。(汗)

明日からA1GPのマレーシア戦が始まります。
日本から見に行く場合、1番見やすい場所の1つだと思われます。(とは言え、海外旅行になるが)
そして、小学生(12歳)以下は無料という、何ともおいしい価格設定です。(大人にはきついが)


次回がドバイ戦なので、これが見れなかったら、次に見やすいと思われるのは、我らがミコラ(おぃ)の出身、インドネシアで開かれるセンチュル戦。
この後はアフリカのダーバン(許可がもらえたか？)、ブラジルのクリティバ、そしてメキシコのモンテレーと続く。
その後がアメリカのラグナセカ(コークスクリューが有名)、最終戦が上海インターナショナル。


ラグナセカや上海も見やすいと思う。但し、F1と重なるかどうかだな。
重なったらきついな。

Title : Grand Prix Champions to race in A1GP support race
 Former F1 World Champions Emerson Fittipaldi and Alan Jones will be taking part in a Proton Satria support race at the Malaysia A1 Grand Prix of Nations, Sepang International Circuit, 2005 presented by Astro this weekend. Both are seat holders of teams contesting this inaugural nation-against-nation series. They were also reunited with racing last weekend, in the Grand Prix Masters event at Kyalami in south Africa, in which 1972 and 1974 World Champion Fittipaldi finished a close 2nd to behind 1992 World Champion Nigel Mansell. Jones, World Champion in 1980, didn't fare as well, having to withdraw before the race on doctor's orders, with neck spasms.
 The F1 involvement in the Malaysian celebrity race won't stop there, as Jan Lammers, seat holder of A1 Team Netherlands, is also down to race 1 of the Proton Satria GTis. A1GP founder, President and Chairman Sheikh Maktoum and General Manager Stephen Watson are also down to compete, along with Group N World Rally Champion Karamjit Singh and Pippa Yoong, sister of A1 Team Malaysia's Alex.

Title : A1 Grand Prix wins 1st Award
 A1 Grand Prix were awarded the Autocar Motorsport Award at a prestigious ceremony in London this week. The award recognised "Sheikh Maktoum's spectacular A1 Grand Prix series", beating the new Formula 1 World Champions, the Renault F1 Team.
 On winning the award, Sheikh Maktoum, founder, president and chairman of A1GP said "We already know the fans are loving the inaugural season of A1GP but it is good to know that respected publications such as Autocar recognise the achievements we have made so early on in our 1st season."
 This the 1st award for A1 Grand Prix and comes a week before the 5th round of the World Cup of Motorsport which will take place at the Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia from 18 - 20 November.

A1GPは今週ロンドンで開かれたオートカー・モータースポーツ・アワードで、賞をもらうことが出来た。受賞者は「シェイク・マクトゥム、A1GPシリーズの仕掛け人」で、新F1チャンピオンチームの「ルノーF1チーム」に勝った。
授賞式で、シェイク・マクトゥムは「私たちは既にA1GPのレースがファンに親しまれている事を知っているが、オートカーの賞で第1シーズンが終わる前に人々が楽しんでいる事を知る事ができた」
これがA1GPに於いて初の受賞となる。そして、第5戦のマレーシアラウンドがセパンで11月18日〜20日に開催される。

Title : A1 Team Japan's Hayanari Shimoda arrives in Malaysia
 A1 Team Japan's Hayanari Shimoda arrives in Malaysia for round 5 of the A1 Grand Prix series after a very eventful couple of weeks. It was in his 1st A1 event in Australia's Eastern Creek on the 6th November that he became a household name by surviving an enormous accident.
 On lap 26 of the Feature Race round the New South Wales circuit the 21-year-old driver from Tokyo left the track and started an accident that ended up with his car totally destroyed after rolling several times and hitting a wall.
 The team confirmed that the accident happened when Hayanari was travelling at 263kph and that the g-force was off the clock. Hayanari's comments were: "I had oversteer which caused me to go off the track and the next thing I remember was being upside down with gravel all around me. Obviously I hit the wall and came to a stop and then my next recollection was of being surrounded by many people. I was rather sore for 2 days, and the one part that hurt most was on the shoulders where the HANS device is. All this soon went away and I am now feeling 100% fit. I haven't seen the accident and don't want to. I am just happy that I am racing in a car that is built so well and that safety is so important in A1."
 As the world held its breath, the safety crews went to work and not only was he given the all clear at the track before being sent to hospital for a precautionary check-up, but 24 hours later was on his way to the UK to see a doctor to get permission to race the following weekend. The permission was granted and Hayanari was in the cockpit of the Zytek Prototype sports car at the Istanbul track for the final round of the Le Mans Endurance Series. He was in with a chance of the title but in the wet conditions he and Tom Chilton were only able to finish fourth and so missed out on this by 2 points.
 In the aftermath of the Eastern Creek accident the car was returned to the A1 Team Japan garage and before being sent back to the Lola factory in the UK by sea the team was able to see what could be salvaged. "The car was totally destroyed but we did manage to retrieve the fire extinguisher, the dampers, the fuel tank and one brake calipher. Thankfully Lola are now in the process of replacing the rest of the car for us!" said Team Manager, Malcolm Swetnam.
 The reaction to the accident showed how the A1 Grand Prix teams work together as a family. Malcolm said: "We were very touched by the interest and messages of support we got from the other participants in the series. As a team we were naturally delighted he was well and suffered no lasting effects. Up to that point everything had gone well and everyone had been more than satisfied with Hayanari's performance considering he had never driven the car before that weekend."
 Hayanari is particularly looking forward to his race at the Sepang International Circuit saying: "I love this track and raced here 3 or 4 years ago. It was my debut race in Japan GT and I even got a point that weekend."
下田はいろいろあった2週間の後、マレーシア入りした。11月6日、彼のA1での初レースであったオーストラリアのイースタンクリークで、激しいクラッシュに見舞われた。
ニュー・サウス・ウェールズのコースで行われたフィーチャーレースの26周目、東京から来た21歳のドライバーがマシンを全体的に壊し、回転しながら幾らかの時間が経ち、コンクリートウォールにぶつかった。
衝突時、時速263kmで走行していたが、急にGが無くなった、とチームは説明した。下田は「オーバーステアで走っていたが、次に周りを見たときには、グラベルしかなかった事を覚えている。ウォールに当たったことが推測でき、その後眠った。が、次に目覚めたときには周囲に沢山の人が居た。2日で復帰し、HANSの肩への痛みが激しかった。今は100％回復し、アクシデントを見たくもないし、また起こしたくも無い。私が今ハッピーなのは、A1に復帰できた事と、A1マシンが安全である事が証明された事だ。」
世界が息を殺しながら、セーフティークルーは出動した。そして、サーキット内を安全にしてから、彼を病院へと運び、健康診断などをした。24時間後、イギリスから医者がやってきて、週末のレース出場が許可された。下田はザイテックのコクピットに座り、イスタンブールでのLMES最終戦のレースに挑んだ。彼はタイトル獲得のチャンスがあったが、雨路面にてこずり、トム・チルトンと下田隼成組は4位でゴール、タイトルは2点差で獲得する事は出来なかった。
オーストラリアのレース後、日本チームのA1マシンはイギリスのローラの工場に運ばれた。
チームのメンバーはそれが修復されるのを見ていた。「車は完全に破壊されていたが、消火器、ダンパー、燃料タンク、ブレーキキャリパーは無事であった。幸い、ローラが車を作り直してくれているので、私たちはそれにただ感謝するばかりです！」とチーム・マネージャーのマルコム・スウェットナムは語ってくれた。
アクシデントでの行動は皆が家族のように思えた。マルコムは次のように言った。「私たちに他のチームからいろんな事を話に来てくれた。チームとして、私たちは彼が健康であった事により、未来永劫に悪影響を受けることは無かった。その時まで全てがうまくいって、皆は彼がその週末の前にA1マシンを1度も運転したことがなかったと考える場合、下田の能力が思ったより凄かったのです。」
下田隼成はセパンで良い結果を残せると考えている。「私はセパンが好きで、3〜4年前にレースをした。それは全日本GT選手権のレースで、そのときは1点を獲得する事が出来たんだ」

Title : A1GP drivers visit world famous Malaysian Pewter Centre
 Drivers preparing for the 5th round of the World Cup of Motorsport at the Sepang International Circuit, have visited the Royal Selangor Centre in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.
 Royal Selangor is the world's largest producer and distributor of pewter goods and during their visit drivers had the chance to make their own versions of the famous pewter ware. The drivers from Canada, Great Britain, Lebanon, France and Brazil will be hoping to add some more metal ware to their collection this weekend as they race round the famous Sepang International Circuit.
「A1GPドライバーは世界的に有名なマレーシアン・ピューター・センターを訪れた」
第5戦マレーシア・セパンサーキットのラウンドを戦っている途中、彼らはクアラルンプールの「ローヤル・セランガー・センター」に訪れた。
ローヤル・セランガーは世界最大のピューター製品の製作者で、配送人でもあり、ドライバーがマレーシアに滞在している間に、彼ら自身のピューターを作るチャンスを与えた。ドライバーはカナダ、イギリス、レバノン、フランス、ブラジルの5カ国のドライバーが来て、セパンサーキットのコレクションに飾ろうと彼らは金属と悪戦苦闘した。


ピューターって言うのは、金属鋳物の1種みたいですね。

Title : A1 Team Pakistan to give away 200 tickets
 A1 Team Pakistan is to reward its most patriotic supporters by giving away tickets for this weekend's Malaysia A1 Grand Prix of Nations, Sepang International Circuit presented by Astro.
 The first 100 fans turning up at Sepang in dark green and white clothing or waving the national flag in support of the Pakistani push for glory on Sunday, 20 November will be rewarded with free entry for themselves and a friend. To claim this prize, these "best dressed" fans must report to the Welcome Centre at the circuit's main entrance.

 The A1 Grand Prix series is reaching a global audience via its television viewers and the international corporations that have invested in this unique series in its inaugural year.
 When the Series takes to the Sepang International Circuit for the fifth round of the World Cup of Motorsport later this weekend (18-20 Nov) there are 119 TV stations in 119 countries showing the race. Meanwhile, in countries where deals are still in negotiations A1GP has made viewing the races available on the world wide web "www.a1gp.com".
 "My aim was for the people of each country represented by a national team to be able to watch their driver race for the pride of his nation and we have achieved that" said series Founder, President and Chairman, Sheikh Maktoum. Broadcast Director, Richard Dorfman, also added: "We are on the verge of signing a deal for North America as we have three offers on the table, while in Japan we are in final discussions with 2 separate channels. Also after our recent involvement in Sportel we are in advanced negotiations with the remainder of our target countries."
 "We have one of the most exciting racing series on the planet. We have wheel to wheel racing, overtaking manoeuvres from the front to the back of the field and unpredictable race results with the pit stops pitching some unlikely countries to the top of the leaderboard.
